Mission Statement
The mission of Augustana Care Corporation is to serve God by fostering fullness of life for the elderly and other people in need through the provision of health care, housing and other services in a Christian environment.
Overview
Augustana Care Corporation is a Christian-based organization that has been in operation for over 107 years providing housing, skilled nursing care and rehabilitation services for the elderly along with others who have special needs. Augustana Care Corporation consists of three campuses. Augustana's downtown Minneapolis campus combines Augustana Health Care Center, a 303-bed skilled nursing care facility, and Augustana Apartments, which consists of four high-rise buildings with 377 apartments. Augustana's Hopkins campus combines Augustana Chapel View Care Center, a 128-bed skilled nursing care facility, and Chapel View Apartments with 56 units. Augustana's Hastings Campus combines Augustana Health Care Center of Hastings, a 107-bed skilled nursing care facility, and Park Ridge of Hastings, an 80-unit Independent Senior Living facility that was just built and opened in August of 2002. Augustana Therapy Services offers physical, occupational and speech language services both on an inpatient and outpatient basis. Open Circle Senior Day Center in Hopkins provides the highest quality adult daycare and family respite services for metropolitan area individuals needing assistance to live independently.

- Encourage advocacy efforts for the needs of the people we serve.
